The
principles governing blackholepairs are the same as those
governing gravitonpairs. There is a major difference however in that
every graviton is identical whereas blackholes can range in mass and size
from the minute to the extremely large. Thus meaningful
blackholepairing can be difficult to achieve although far from impossible.
What is required is a
process that can produce a constant supply of
blackholes with similar measures of size,
mass, and
energy. As will be
seen in arguments to come, such processes do exist.
