• 0402-08:     That the Universe becomes an expanding core of blackholes, within an expanding gravitonocean, within an expanding gravitonosphere.  
• 0403-01:     That the expansion rate of the Universe progressively decelerates.
  

• Consider that the Universe is expanding.
• Consider that the expansion rate of the Universe is decelerating.
• Consider that the blackhole core of the Universe has a measure of mass and thus gravitypull.
• Consider that the gravitonocean has a measure of mass and thus gravitypull.
• Consider that the gravitonosphere has a measure of mass and thus gravitypull.

• Because the blackhole core has gravitypull, the expansion of the blackhole core progressively decelerates.
• Because the gravitonocean has gravitypull, the expansion of the the blackhole core of the Universe progressively accelerates. 
• Because the gravitonosphere has gravitypull, the expansion of the blackhole core of the Universe progressively accelerates. 
• At this stage in the evolution of the Universe, the gravitypull of the blackhole core dominates that of the gravitonocean and the gravitonosphere so the expansion rate of the blackhole core progressively decelerates.

• That the expansion rate of the blackhole core of the Universe progressively decelerates.
