SELFPROOF 0308 - NUCLEON

CURRENT PARADIGM
MALTA TEMPLATE
    • A neutron consists of one axial quark and two centrifugal quarks.
    • A proton consists of one centrifugal quark and two axial quarks.
COMMENTARY

The Current Paradigm and the Malta Template are in full agreement about the behaviour of nucleons and about their large scale structure. They are also in agreement about their smaller scale structure although in the Current Paradigm the quarks are called "up" and "down" while in the Malta Template they are "axial" and "centrifugal". Below this level, however, there is no agreement because there is nothing to agree about. The Current Paradigm has no generally accepted description of the structure of quarks - with many suggesting they have no structure at all.
